Aliens are a great design, unfortunately their QC is ass. Considering that you have no idea whether the thing was put together right or not, I would be climbing like it wasn't there. That makes a cam worth zero stars in my book.

i started using the long stem aliens about a year ago and have fallen in love with their long stems, the long stem models can be used well to get farther back into cracks and such where c4's and C3's wont fit, ive taken a few falls on well placed aliens and they have always held, definitely the best small cams i think

There are many reviews for the product which as far as I am concerned is a important part of any rack. When placed and set properly they hold in unimaginable cracks and pin scars! The single cable allows more flexability and the hybrids are slightly longer. A great tool and still recommended

These things are unbeatable. Narrow head, flexy stem, simple trigger. They go where nothing else will sometimes. Im not 100% over the manufacturing flaw dramas, but I still love them.

Absolutly amazing! These definatly have to be my favorite cams for fingercracks, or for odd placements. Read around. They are possibly the coolest thing since, umm.... since carabiners. They have the handmade look, kinda sketchy, but superior craftmanship. The only other cam I trust as much as Aliens are C4's....Yeah nuff said.
