My favorite is certainly the Yellow (#2) TCU, but the blue also gets a lot of use. I was originally going to go with Aliens for my small cams, but since owning these I find they're easy to place and a solid peice.

great gear. LESS prone to walking because the cam pivots on the single center lobe. fits in narrow placements. i would change only one thing, the sling. the dogbone is safe, safe, safe, but awkward to deal with. i'd rather have a double sling like the DMMs or even just an open loop like the C4 Camalots.

I have the little guys, the o's and 00's and they haven't failed me yet.

While these TCUs are light, easy to place, and especially effective in the little spots, a few of mine started getting gummy-action after only 2 or 3 uses. Overall I'm still satisfied, but for $50 bucks a piece, I guess I initially may have expected a bit too much from them. Gotta give it to 'em though, definately an essential.

The TCU is the standard for bottoming, thin, and narrow active protection. I like the narrow profile and the extra-wide lobes, which I think gives these a slight edge over the Aliens.
