2 caveats to the great reviews

I've had two pairs so far. I agree with the rave reviews, but be careful that:
1/ the shape of the shoes is conceived to put the pressure on the big toe. So If it is not your longest toe, it might not be the most comfy of efficient shoe.
2/ The heel hook had never worked for me (very loose), so you might want to try them on before.

awesome shoe, like with every la sportiva shoe, downsizing is necessary. And beawr in mind that you should downsize even extra, because they are slippers. Furthermore I just love the heel construction; comfortable and precise. Not too much and not to little downtuned, just the way I like them!

This was my second pair of slippers, after I thoroughly trashed my old Boreal Ninjas. I love these shoes. They edge really well, they've outlasted two pairs of lace-ups even though I climb sharper, nastier things in these. Sensitive, supple, durable, easy on and off (despite being many sizes small). I climbed in 'em last night, I'll climb in 'em tomorrow, and I'll keep climbing in 'em till they explode. Wish they still made 'em...

These shoes are amazing. Great grip, comfortable, and easy to get on. My only complaint is that they sometimes come off during heel hooks and that they leave my feet tinted orange.
But I can wear them for a full day of bouldering without my feet hurting.

on sighted a 12 in these. it shall always have a special place in my heart. I'm a size 8.5 / 9 US street shoe and I wear size 38 cobras. works nicely. still haven't stretched out yet.
one problem (guess it doesn't matter since they don't make the shoe anymore), like the miuras (don't make those anymore either), there is a small area in the inner toe area that cant be used. Sorta frustrating.
