I have been climbing in these shoes about once per week in the gym at 5.8-5.11- as well as occasional sandstone/ limestone outdoor climbing. I think the fit is pretty great and I like the liner; it makes things a bit cushier. This is a pretty low volume shoe. I bought these to replace my old Evolv Elektra's that everyone has in the gym. I thought the Evolvs had crappy rubber and I couldn't use my feet for anything. The Sol's have held up well: no signs of wear other than loss of the edge of the shoe, and being able to see where my toes sit on the top of the shoe. The rubber and sole are sticky/ stiff enough that my shoes don't hold me back for the stuff that I do (see above). I have had a great experience with these and really enjoy these moc's.
