Metolius Cam Lube, and Cleaner

After doing a number of mountain routes (read: dirty cracks) my cams where getting pretty sticky. In fact, the action on one was so bad that one side would retract a good bit after the first one, which was mildly frustrating. Unsure of whether or not it would be worth it. I went to the shop and bought the cleaner and lube. It worked like a charm, and the cams are working like new. Definately worth it if your cams are getting sticky.

This Cam lube works very well. after you give your cams a good cleaning, dry and apply. although it doesn't last forever, it repells dirt for quite a long time. it cuts the need for cleaning tremondously!

a little wash + dry and some lube after each season = cams feel good as new. my partner had a couple cams that were a pain to retract, but after a little scrub and lube theyre dreamy smooth. i definatly reccomend it.

It is hard to apply cleanly. But, after washing and drying your cams or biners, letting them dry and applying cam lube - good as new! Cam lube will have your cam lobes folding like the day you bought them.

Good lube for cams. It is a little hard to apply carefully. It would be better if there was a long tube type spout so you could get the lube where you want it and keep it off the lobes.
