So I have been climbing in this harness for a little under a year now, gotta say I love it. Perfect for sport and trad. The gear loops are designed so they keep your rack from sliding all over the place. However, if you think you are going to be hanging a long time in this harness, I wouldn't get it. It's nice to hang in for I'd say no more than 5-10 minutes, then it starts getting some nasty pressure spots. I set a LOT, and this thing really hurts. But if you are the kind of climber who wants a sweet, real light (I have biners that weigh more than this thing) redpoint harness, this thing is for you
