pretty nice 4 out of 5 stars

Got it as a gift, not sure if I'd pay for one myself. Seems really pricey for a simple D. I use it on my PAS, the snag free nose is nice for this, it's large enough to clip the extra loops in there without making a huge mess. Also I only have one, so I can tell by feel which biner I need to unclip to get my tether free. Great gate action, petzl makes good stuff. This thing is just way too expensive to justify itself. 3-4 stars, but I didnt pay for it, so it gets a 4.

This little bit of webbing is great, just a few dollars more than a daisy, but with way more safety. I can clip into the anchors, set up my rap on one of the loops, metolius shows pictures of usings the PAS instead of a sling..for whatever reason...the only complaint I have with this thing is that sometimes it feels just a little on the short side.

smallish 5 out of 5 stars

They are a bit on the smaller side, and lack a keylock nose. On the other hand, they're super cheap, pretty darn light, and the small is nice when you just need to add a bit more security to an anchor or something. But for anything involving a whole mess of slings, this kinda gets to be a pain, and I use small HMS biners like the attache or minipearbiner. All things considered however, cheap, light and small, pretty nice, just dont expect to be able to shove a whole bunch of stuff in there.

Can't thing of anything wrong with this thing. Does its job quite well, pretty lightweight, not too expensive as far as things go. I use em on the gear or bolt end of my draws and slings. The keylock nose doesnt get caught on the bolt, cam slings or nut wires when cleaning, very nice.

I got the larger size, and i have to expand it all the way in order to fit a balaclava or hat underneath, but other than that, this thing is great. Never gets too hot with the vents, pretty light, and strong. Saved my head several times. Probably not as durable as the beefy ecrin roc, but definitely cheaper, might go for the ecrin when this thing bites it though. A few of my friends have the BD halfdome, and all of theirs got cracks and stress marks from dropping them on the trail, packing them in the car, just the same as my helmet, only mine shows only a few scuff marks.
