Good in terms of how the nut itself is shaped an how wel it sits but I could do without the rubber coating on the racking side becomes a bit of a pain.
The curved shape slides past small imperfections on the rock to allow for a more solid placment compared to my BD nuts.

Smaller sized are fantistic for pockets and they light so their easy to carry.
the larger sizes im not too fond of and another disadvantage is how hard they CAN be to clean.
There not always hard but can be a project on their own.

Love it!
Variable friction is easy to use and even the high friction is smooth on rappel.
Easy to feed and WORTH the extra $4
