These are an item i would recommend to any one

As far as helmets go i have tried about four different helmets and by far this one is the most comfotable i bought it about a year ago and only wish it had a sun visor.

Great for all around use easy to place however the wire tends to bend and stay bent when placed in a weird slot.

I found it great to belay however for rappelling despite what the literature says it will cause major twisting of your rope.
