These are not for beginners. They are pretty comfortable for a performace climbing shoe.
For the first week I had them I wore them while watching TV or doing desk work so I could get them stretched out

I like the fact that I can adjust them more so than my Katanas due to being lace up.

Everyone I know who uses these shoes swears by them.

As for how I've climbed in them, I've pulled harder and edged better than I've ever done in any other shoe. I found my new favorite shoe!

Love this book. It is my first source of information when planning a trip in the Sierras upon which I build a trip on or around.

Used it on my free solo climb of Mt. Lyell & was very prepared for the successful summit assault.

Purchased the book this last year from Arno @ Red Rock Rendevous and was pleasantly suprised at how simple the mental training techniques were to accomplishing.

I started to wig out on a route & put what was learned to use to push on through to a successful On sight route. This was strictly due to mental prowness achieved in part due to the book.

Eric Perilman is simply the best at producing climbing videos for the outdoor masses. He truely shows the extremes as well as the safety of the sport.

Dan Osman is amazing just wish I could have seen more of him. Heck my wife even wants to go climbing and said she'd go jump on one of Dan's rope riggings.

Can't wait to purchase another Perilman climbing DVD.

I'm not the littlest guy out on the crags. These fit my hands better than most of the biners out there. I love the ease on hooking the rope in while on route.

Weight isn't bad either. Sure there is lighter, but not for the size of them.

Can't seem to get enough of them.
