These things don't work nearly as well as normal cams in parallel cracks. If the crack is flaring, they're nice to have though. I wouldn't recommend these as a first, or even a second set of cams. If you've got extra money or climb lots of flaring stuff, they're not bad to have.

I have pink and red and love them. They're not as hard to clean as people seem to think. Some placements take some work to get, but for the most part, these are easy to use. Tricams work exceptionally well in placements where nothing else will.

These things work pretty well, but the thing they really have going for them is the price. I generally climb with a set of HBs and a set of these on my rack. This is the first piece I'll grab if I need to leave bail gear, due to the price of getting a replacement. They do have a spot on my rack, though, and I'm fairly picky. I'll third the sliding around on the wires. Not a really big deal though.

I don't have any complaints about these, although I tend to reach for the HBs first. I've found that the shape of these makes them sit a little nicer in certain types of rock though. These also work great on bolt/rivet ladders in a pinch. They cinch down really well.

These nuts work really well in most placements, although sometimes they're difficult to clean. I prefer these over BD or Wild Country nuts. I use them a lot, second only to my HB offsets. I've found that these tend to fix more easily than HBs though.
