I just had a pair of my Boreal Pyros resoled by the Rubber Room a few weeks ago and they did a wonderful job. The turnaround is not bad and they asked me if I needed them back quickly for a trip. What was most impressive was the service. UPS somehow lost my package when they were sent back. The Rubber Room did everything they could to help me immediately and get things figured out. They were ready to get me new shoes or figure something else out if they got lost (even though they had done their part and it was UPS's fault). Luckily the shoes showed up 2 days late and UPS had somehow lost track of the package after it had made a few stops. I would definately send shoes to them again.

This stuff is absolutely amazing. I use the bar on cracks in my skin or flappers and the cream for general burning sensation after a tough bouldering session. The next morning all the pain is gone if I use the cream. I would HIGHLY suggest this product to others.
