It was quite hard coming up with a review of these shoes and expanding from 3 words to 200. I mean really how many ways can I say these really suck?! I've never had my feet blow out so many times on granite as I did wearing them in JT. I'm wearing them in the Rockies to see if it was just the rock. They are, however, EXTREMELY comfortable, so if preformance doesn't matter to you and you just want comfort, them these shoes are for you

I'm giving this harness a 4 because of the positioning of the gear loops. Sure it's nice to have the additional slots for those other 'biners, however, if i just want to use the regular 4 gear loops, for me i find that they are set too far back on the harness for my liking. other than that, it's a spectacular harness, preforming well in all disaplines of climbing from Mountaineering to sport. Good padding and good adjustment range in the leg/waist loops

I like these shoes. A LOT. they';re comfortable, light, and climb pretty well. i can wear them with the laces loose and hike all day in them, or crank them down and send 10- on slick limestone slab. Good all round shoe IMHO

I kicked and screamed about using these leashes for a loooong time, but last year I tried them for the first time and now I went out and bought 'em. i just love the ease that I can clip and unclip them to shake out and avoid the pump, for placing screws, everything.

I owned one of the first paris of these in canada a number of years a go. they lasted me a total of two years of steady climbing. And for only 70 bucks who's gonna complain? I went and got them again this year and still love them. they're not really the best for the biggining climber, but for someone who wants a second pair of shoes to complement thier "comfy" shoes" then these would be something to take into serious consideration. They're sized quite small However, so deffiately try before you buy! (i wear 9 street shoe...size 7.5 slipper size)
