Very Comfortable and Sturdy. The dual buckle system on the waist belt makes tightening the harness a breeze while keeping the belay loop centered. Also the self locking buckles make taking the harness off and on easy. Nice place loops that will hold large amount of gear. Little more on the expensive side, but in my opinion well worth the money
