I thought ladakh was in kashmir and not in rajasthan. I just cannot match the sand (or 'snow') with ladakh. But nice pic though.

Well you are right buddy...ladakh is very much part of the Kashmir only....The photo is a place called Nubra valley in ladakh...On the way to Siachin....
