On the way back to our lodge after going to the highest lake in the world. I forget the name of it now, but it was up there on a side trail off the Annapurna Circuit. My brother was in front of me, making this traverse and all the snow was so smooth and even, it was such a contrast to see him in his all black gear walking out into this sea of snow.
