left hand fiend

joes valley, boysize area. we were goofing around on this little face problem..really thin..really fun. the last move involves gripping a razor sharp bird beak tip hold with your left hand thumb and forefinger. its a threshold of pain thing..has anyone seen or done this? i havent found it in any books..
