Shane's Tent "Dug In"

Here's a snap of my tent and the little snow wall I built up around to keep the majority of the wind off it. me and Richard are in the upper left in the little "kitchen" we dug in the snow. This is on one of our annual christmas hikes. It was pretty insane.... the Tablelands have zero forest due to the rock type so we had no fire and once you got cold it was hard to warm up. Check out the cliff face right next to my tent!!!! I vowed to come back and give this a go once I get back to Newfoundland in the summer and with some trad gear.
