Blue Sky and a Sea of Granite -- No Alternative (view)

Never mind the 5.5 rating, leading this long two-pitch route was a highlight of my trip to Stone Mountain. This exposed second pitch has no real protection apart from a single bolt halfway up the 150 feet of slab climbing. By the time I reached the top, I felt like I'd accomplished something!
