First of a couple Castles Made of SandPossible first gear lead of a route right of Triple Technique. Briefly listed as Beach Blanket Bingo, for the sand, but after leading another steeper but juggier variation up the bulges just left of me there, decided Castles was a better name for what turned out to be a nice variety of narrowly spaced trad lines that share the same starts and finishes - which just got harder with the loss of the bottom high-step foothold underneath. It's strong sidepulls or traversing from the crack, now.

Watch out for this crew! This is a nice profile pic of Me, Amanda, Bucky, and Stacey after climbing on Valentines day. You can almost bet to be the only people at the crag when the temperatures go below 30 in Arkansas. What a beautiful day!

The first move on Necessary 5.11?This is the first move of this climb. It is pretty nice, with some bouldering techniques. Once you are over this, the route is pretty smooth to the anchors. It is rough on the fingers in the winter though.

Toproping Triple TechniqueI can't remember the rating on this crack. I want to say its a 5.7 or 8? It is a dirty trad route, but you can rig a toprope and still stick the jams if you want. This route is best in the summer when it HASN'T rained in a while.

Packing out near the 5.10 wallThis is the rugged "arkansashippie" caught off guard by the camera. Our team works alot around the 5.10 wall, it's a must climb for visitors and great for variations and skill.

Stephen on Quest for the sticky stuff 5.10bThis one one of my first lead climbs. I'm starting to get a little sketchy about the last move on the roof. There's a horn you grab onto to get up and over, and since last winter it's got some pretty bad cracks in it now!!!
