Here I am at the anchors for Tales of Ribaldy/Gimp & Weezer. Kappydane shot this picture as he was following me up, cleaning our gear.

[Photo by Ethan] This is a boulder problem down the hill from the Confederate Cracks. A local climber told us it was a V6, but I don't know the name of it.

Ben and Garren spotting me on a contrived problem between Strongman and ?? Lots of fun, and Strongman is a classic route... We weren't ready to leave, but were too tired to climb another route!

15-year-old Duke Goulden looking strong on Supersoul Sureshot at Horseshoe Canyon Ranch, Arkansas. This route is one of the most amazing and sustained routes at the ranch, and goes at 5.12. Sometimes I wonder if Duke's hair obstructs his view, but it never seems to hinder his climbing.

Duke Goulden playing on Big Top, a steep 5.11a, at Horseshoe Canyon Ranch, Arkansas. As shown here, instead of making the throw to the next jug Duke would rather hang on bad holds just to make things interesting.

This is jonb climbing a little boulder we found off the side of the trail at HCR. We didn't know anything about the route except that it looked like a cool line. We were tired from our roped climbs all day so we gave it a shot. John P and I worked the problem for a long time then I gave up and took pictures because my elbow hurt and then jonB hiked it. makes me sick. awesome climb. sequence goes clockwise from top left and finishes on the big picture.

I don't really know what this route/problem is called, but it was pretty rad! Our first trip to the Ranch was the deal, we will be back.

This is a shot I got of Brian powering through the finishing moves of Ceasar's Tossed Salad, a classic 11 at the ranch. Couldn't have asked for better weather.
