My very first climb.I was 24 here and it was the first time I had ever climbed in my life! I didn't even know this photo existed until a few years ago. I remember my legs were shaking. This is not a very good photo compared to some that I've seen on here, but it's special. How many people have a picture of their very first climb!

Eddie first lead at King's BluffI don't know this guys last name, because I had just met him the day that this photo was taken. His name is Eddie, and he had never climbed before today. This photo was taken during his FIRST Sport lead, and on a 5.8+ no less. Incredible...what a natural, look at that extension. He can climb with me anyday.

Trad route with a great cave at the top for lunch. This is an awesome trad route with a cave at the top. The cave has a ledge for up to three people, with enough room for all of you to kick back, have a snack and enjoy the view.

First Real Climb DayNot sure of the name of the wall, but this was my first real day out climbing. I started with some indoor training for awhile. 18 July 2010 started with some smaller walls that I free climbed and learned to hook up quickdraws and how to use the ATC. I think this wall was a 5.10 or .11c. Me and the wife are now addicted.

My turn as Photographer for a few routes.Tell ya what hanging out and playing Photographer is fun, but ya sure need a dang nice comfy harness for it. This was shot again at Kings Bluff, maybe 7 or 8 routes left of Baby Kangaroo. Been so long that i forget what route i was hanging on. This was just before my decent i had snapped some good shots from there that day. Wish i still had copies of them.

A Beautiful Flag in the FallThis is my friend Jordan grabing onto the most beautiful flake you'll ever find. She decided to show off a bit for the camera, and the leaves in the background just framed her perfectly.
