Edges were shaped using a sawzall and belt sander (extra coarse belt). Forstner bits and a rasp were used to make the pockets. I smeared the edges with a mix of liquid nails and sand to minimize the chance of plywood delaminating.
On the larger features, I drilled t-nut holes to allow placement of holds on top of the feature.

SoT is a wonderful multipitch route. P1 climbs a friction slab on a smaller dome, crossing over to the larger formation. P2 is a vertical jug haul up a dike. P3 (shown here) the dike kicks back in angle, followed by a final friction slab crux. Awesome route! Emily Boyd climbing.
