This is a great route. Not extremely technical or pumpy at 5.7+, but there are some great moves and some height.

A classic Josh climb, the S.W. Corner of Headstone. Although it is a sport climb, a number 6 nut is great for a directional at the top.

The beginning of the climb is where the books "tricky face" description comes into account. Although a 5.8 sport, the book suggests using some gear in the horizontal crack( there is about 20 feet between the last bolt and the anchor and a nice little ledg

Not a great pic, but you can get an idea of the rock and the place from it. Fun climb with a little bit of exposure.

In the picture is looks like there is very little to hold onto. It is not deceiving. Sven slab has mostly indents/dishes and a few crimps.

Climbing the second time after leading and setting up top rope. You can just make out the Mickey face to the right of my hip. Beware the cactus in the upper left.
