Dustin shot this with good timing, as I narrowly stick the crux on this go. This kind of climbing can be as addictive as the weather. By the way, nice catch Jed.

Not the most flattering photo, however the pitch (2nd) is unforgettable. A great route for a rest day ; )

Also known as Laorenshan 'old man Mountain', the mountain sees many older climbers due to its easy approach and low angle accent to the summit. At over 7,400m, more difficult routes are certainly available.

After 20+ tries, a nice 2 meter dyno goes down in Anhui province. This area has good potential. I hope it sees further development after I leave.

Ying Ran, about to reconstruct a route to fit his ability. Nicely done, I might add. Banyan tree will never look the same, and the grades are kept hard as the routes get cleaner.

With only four bolted routes, and little traditional climbing done, GuoLiang may quickly become one of China's top crags. Look for more pictures coming soon!

One of the few places we found solice from the hoards of tourists in Guoliang. Melissa shot this as I was powering through another lap on this unamed, unrated problem.

Introducing Melissa, finding her way to the top of the cave. She nearly sent this problem, and made it look better than anyone else who tried it.

So I stick this hold, right, then I thnk to myself, "self, this is painful, that foothold looks good, nope, dosen't feel good, how about that one?, nope, not that one, ok, time to let go." And that sums up my experience of sticking the first hold on Evilution.

Alex and I made several variations on this boulder. The undercling dyno to the sloper top was my favorite. What a perfect day, perfect spotting, err. anyway, with great friends.

This one might not be all that impressive, but it was fun to get on this problem at night. The cool air made the granit a little more stickable than the hot sun.

This a great dyno. I didn't realize I was this extended until I saw this picture. Certainly a favorite problem of mine.
