Looking for feet before going for the jug on Hi Emily. Have climbed the problem several times, but still not the way I want. Need more practice I guess!

The last few moves are solid, but it always freaks me out a little topping out... the landing is good, but would still hurt

I'm not sure about the name (can't find my Williams guidebook), but this is a really nice single pitch 5.7 just to the right of Black Fly. My first Gunks 5.7 and Danielle's first trad climb

This is from a climbing trip in the summer of '99. Devil's Tower was the last stop on our 3 week trip, and the Durrance Route was a great climb to end on.

Yes, this is a joke. I didn't even have the first piece in at this point. Tom quickly remembered how to use the double ropes and we had a fun, uneventful climb :)

Experiencing some "delicious love" in the Gunks... at least until I got to the rather dirty and loose end of this pitch :) Fun climb overall, incredible exposure on the final traverse at the top

The crack in the corner on the left is Layback, with Tom's Dilemma just to the right. There are several fun face climbs as well, including Melissa's Madness (5.10) on the right side. For a fun ~5.8 face climb, try just to the right of Tom's Dilemma using only face holds.
