About 40 members of the Utah Climbing Club had a great day on the Scarface buttress. Steve Petro gave a demonstration to the group, then we all went for it. What a great day.

This picture was taken at the Black&Tan Wall in South Western Utah. This particualr route was a 5.7 and 100 feet. It seemed harder because the foot holds were thin. Your calfs really get pumpted on this one.

The Crazy Boulder has at least 5 established routs from this view. The farthest to the right in the large dish is Cold Glass of Water (V0). A rail start and move up to the right. You can also go up into the big dish the up to the left. Just to the left of the Dish is Callin' on the King (V2) going up the aret. To the left with the small crack on the upper half is Crazy Horse (V0). Then the next crack is Loco (V0)*. Then the one on the end is Fox (V0)*

While walking up the road from the dyke you will see this on the left. It is the first area developed in The Land of a Thousand Boulders. The white chalk marks (dead center) are on the Lemon Boulder

The Sweet Boulder is next to the Lemon Boulder and across from the Crazy Boulder. It has 7 or more established routes by now. They are all V0s except for Cadillac (V1). El Camino is the first crack on the Left.
