KB sending the rarely-in left hand pillar at Edelweiss South. The day was probably a little too warm, and probably made things a little riskier than they needed to be, but sometimes when a nice line comes in you have to go for it.

The main part of the icefall can be accessed by walking up on the right side to the visible ledge. The mixed chimney ascends to join the ledge on the left, but is hidden from view in this picture. This is probably the best ice climbing area that is accessible from the city

This is a route that deserves to be one of the moist popular trad climbs in the Cwm. Stonker protection, clean falls, and a strenuous sequence through the crux make it, IMHO, one of the best routes in the area.

Taking the most aesthetic line on one of Ontario's most classic ice climbs. Lots of variations possible for this one. The photo was taken after an all-night drive to Nipigon from Ottawa and this was the last climb of the afternoon before heading to the Nipigon Inn!!

One of the awesome sport line in the Seek the Truth area of Torrent Falls, RRG. I always feel kinda bad when I'm not placing gear, but when the routes are this good, it seems kinda worth it.
