Marianne & Nina enjoying the sun at the top of this wonderful climb. Peter took the lead. Kulaberg is a great place for newcomers to trad climbing, with a great number of very easy routes.

The helmet isn't looking too bad, Nina, but perhaps the angle could be better chosen...

She bought the helmet in only three hours because they didn't look flattering. I wonder what she´ll thinks of these shots...

This easy routes rockets up in the grades, if you don't locate a completely invisible jug in the chimney. I spent ten minutes looking, and three minutes climbing.

oh, and a photo of me, where my face is at least partially visible. We shot this for a pictionary of all classic climbing moves etc.

Little brown baby, 5.11d. Really beatiful, but so far no luck - a bit above my level too. But If you visit el chorro, you should go for it.

This tiny tooth sticks up in front of the headwall at escalera. the rotuer on it are 5.3 and 5.8, but the exposure is unbelieveable. And makes for a great photo op.

Anitta on LN moins F6b+. This is right before crux, and it's slippery and balancy. Next move is further to the rigth and up.

A F6a onsight - thats a lot to me, i'll have you know - in perfect weather and perfect sun. Does it get any better?

and here i spent new year. No climbing, but what a view, and wonderful skiing. The mountains in the distance is Rondane National park

This is a shot from a recent competition - just to show that when in a country with no rock, even the tiniest wall can excite climbers...
