Byron contemplates the howsers from pigeon

Average Rating = 0.00/5 Byron contemplates the howsers from pigeon

The west ridge of pigeon is a mellow 5.4 route with nicely exposed knife edge sections. It's a good route to do to get a feel for climbing in the bugs. That said, don't waste an excellent weather window on it if you've planned some more ambitious climbs. This route is good for neglegible weather days. Had I known it was going to piss rain the next few days I would have saved it.

byron and I had just finished the west ridge of pigeon spire, an excellent warm-up route for climbing in the bugs. the north faces of the howser towers dominate the background.
