This was my second climb of the day and my first ever to remove cams and stoppers with the quickdraws while climbing. Doing so forced me to climb a harder route.

This was my first ever climb to remove quickdraws with cams and stoppers. I dropped a couple stoppers while trying to attach them to my harness but only about 10 feet down. I finally got the hang of it after removing the fifth one. I would have taken a different route if I was just tied in so it made for an interesting climb.

This was George's second lead climb of the day. I thought we were gonna climb the arete, glad we didn't though because the tree would have been in the way. George and I have at least a foot height difference so the hold he was reaching for with his left hand was out of reach for me. I had to work my way up. Fun Climb!

My fingertips were bleeding from the previous climb so I bouldered my way up the opposite wall to watch George and Dave climb. Dave fell a couple of times in the middle so I started yelling beta from my vantage point. He finally made the top. I don't know the name of this route. It was a very fun day for all.

Cresting this route for the first time, took me several tries to figure out where to put my hands to start - tried several different starting positions then all of the sudden I had it. Kind of reminded me of "Hobbiton" at Governnor Stable - I'm not sure if this route has been named or rated yet.

Whoever "created" this route must have been tall, cause I can't do the dyno. So, I did a sit start variation and worked my way up and over. It was fun and have done it several times.

Mike Kelly's warm-up climb ... let me tell you, he will do it over and over until he gets it ... and then again to just to make sure. Once he tops it, he's ready to move on to the bigger and harder climbs elsewhere at Rock Run.

Mike Kelly crimping, pinching and palming his way up the edge. He is a better man than I.

This is one of my favorite places to climb and I always warm-up on this rock. It's right above a waterfall and this one rock has traverses, dynos, and both hard or easy bouldering routes.
