The beautiful Pierra Menta catches a little bit of sunshine. The climbing is weird because of the conglomerat. There are over 20 routes up there in all levels. We climbed the north ridge on the right front.

Gérôme Pouvreau makes a very nice mouve, but falls off the next hold. He becomes fouth. This is the final, good for a very technical 8b+

A nice big crevasse on the Umbalkees at 3000m

The very nice Dreiherrnspitze seen from the Umbalkees. Our route went over the left, rather steep snowslope to the summit.

This route (Steenbok) is a real classic in Mozet. First you climb up in the chimeney made by the pillar and the rock face. Arrived on top of the pillar, you stand up, get all your courage together and let fall yourself towards the face. This person sat on top of the pillar for about 10 minutes.
