The crux is not that hard. Make sure you go to the right for a few feet before going up.

Once you get up there there are three humps and two saddles. You can ride them. For me it turned out to be more confortable to setup a hangomg belay with slings around the middle hump. This way I could see the second coming up and the it was easy to lower him after he got to ride the Nail too.
