Matt Findley on his redpoint send of the ultra -classic "Little Mecca", 12b, on the Contest Wall of Sand Gulch.The old rating was 12a/b but a hold broke at the start and now concensus is about a solid 12b.Cruxy start,pumpy middle, and thin crimp crux to the anchors ! A 3 star must do !

I took this picture of "Morey" from Silt,CO (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) setting up to pull the crux move over the bulge on his nicely done,on-sight send. I took this from the ledge on top of the two short routes just to the east that makes a perfect spot for photos of any of the "Zorro" routes, all of which are "must do's" (but all needing a little more traffic or cleaning)!

This was taken by my girlfriend on my on-sight attempt of "The North Roof" 12b at Heaven aka The North End at Shelf Road,CO. (No I didn't on-sight it.) Shelf is my favorite place in CO to climb and second only to the Sink's -Iris duo at Lander,WY as my favorite sport climbing destination.
