This is a rope rug that my girlfriend Chris tied from one of my retired ropes. It is knot number 2274 from Ashley's Book of Knots. It took about 30m of 10.5mm rope.

This is my mom climbing Panty Loon (I think). It was her first time to Red Rocks and she loved it. We had planned to do some multipitches, but the airline lost my luggage. Next time.

This is my dad climbing Brief Encounter. It was a pretty windy day, but the sun was shining and it was nice to be outside. We were planning on doing some multipitches, but the airline lost my luggage.

A picture of Mt. Garibaldi from the Shannon Creek forestry serivice road, heading towards Mt. Habrich and Sky Pilot. Photo taken in early October, so Garibaldi typically has much more snow on it.

We stopped for lunch here on our way out from the Bryant Creek Shelter in early January 2002. This picture is not actually in Mt. Assiniboine Provincial Park, but it is on one of the most popular hiking approaches into the park.

Cone Mountain taken in Late December 2001. Looks like there might be some good routes up there, check out bivouac.com for info on possible routes. Cone Mountain is also the start/end of a nice looking ridge traverse.

I climbed Mt. Rainier via the Ingraham Direct route while hiking parts of the Pacific Crest Trail in the summer of 2000. I know, I know, the ladder is poor climbing style (I was considering posting this to the aid section), but we did hike all the way from Canada to get there.

This pic is of the Sitkum Spire on the Sitkum Glacier Route up Glacier Peak, Washington. I took this picture in July 2000 while I was hiking parts of the Pacific Crest Trail. The morning started off socked in with clouds, but at around 7000 ft, clear sk

Enjoying the sunshine on top of Glacier Peak, Washington. You can see Mt. Rainier in the background to my right. I wonder if this one will get by the censors :)

Taken from the "Classic Bivy" on Uncle Ben's(A2+, but we climbed it clean), after a nice day of aiding. In the background you can see the Dihedrals, the Bulletheads, the Papoose, Highway 99 and a bit of the Howe Sound. This pic was taken in the August 2
