Monster huecos through the lower end of the climb, then you hit the crux. Great to be climbing in Iraq, though! We attracted quite a crowd.

I broke away from the group of Kurds that brought us up to the mountains, and had a great time bouldering. The whole area has HUGE potential to be the Yosemite of the Middle East. I'm lucky to have the opportunity to be the first Westerner to climb a lot of this stuff.

Spent most of the day bushwhacking and setting top ropes, but we got a few climbs in! Easy, but an intersting climb - huecos on the bottom, slabby on top.
