Me starting the awesome 3rd pitch lead of Lightning Bolt Crack, just below the main roof. My favorite pitch of the week long trip.

Unknown climber on Supercrack of the Desert. The climber was from France and this was his first day of desert crack climbing.

Looking up from the belay atop the 5.8 squeeze chimney. Pitch 3, .10c vertical face. Great Pitch!

Lightning Bolt Cracks goes up from where we are to the left. The third pitch is the crack leading out the left side of the large roof. Easier than it first appears.

This was taken after driving into the area by way of a moderate 4X4 road. The main tower that is climbed is the far right, and tallest of the group. Even in this small picture one can see the large roof on the third pitch of Lightning Bolt Cracks. Beautiful area, and fabulous climb.

Jah Man is only second to Lightning Bolt Cracks. This photo is looking back east towards Castleton.
