Who says it's too hot to climb at Smith in August? We found the shade and some stellar climbs on Mesa Verde wall. Here I am tip toeing up Moons of Pluto, enjoying the views as well as the fun moves.

One my favorite climbs at Smith, just a really great view, especially at sunset. Here Sue is cleaning the route on the way to the Black Bear.

We got a lot of shots of this route but I especially like this one because it hints at the wall's enormity. We were very happy to have a 70m rope along. Here, justice finally nears the anchor of Cosmos (10a) after 30m of really fun face climbing.

It was the beginning of a good day... 10a onsight... then 10b onsite... then I tried the 10d and ended up with an ankle the size of a softball... whoops

I was harassing Tyrone so much from my perch above him he climbed past crux bolt and didn't even notice until it was far below. No Problem though, calm and collected he scampered to the next clip.
