Well... I would not call it much of a warm up - quite the crimper problem all the way to the top. Fun route and a must do!

Froggy / Friends going up Mt. Shasta via Casaval Ridge. This route was a 5 star route! Fun:)

What a fun route! A great day too. I got to climb with Phill an awesome partner from the UK. We started with Fote Hog, then Sail Away, then to top it off with Mental Physics... Great day! Thanks Phill!
