On the arete Bruce working the unclimbed arete. This is the pinnacle that most people refer to as the Jolly Green Giant. The original listed route climbs the steep and darker wall to the right. That is the NC wall in the distant backdrop.

a secret route in Linville Yet another picture of a fun route about 5 minutes walk from the car. If you continue up, you can top out through the roof, literally right at the overlook.

Towards the end of pitch Dennis on second pitch. 2 Short pitches lead to an anchor just below the overlook. This is a good and steep route, with a 3 minute approach from the car. The route climbs up the steep wall below.
