The Nose ... of Looking Glass that isLeading P3 of The Nose of Looking Looking Glass Rock. There is a pretty substantial runout to start this pitch. Luckily, the crux move (5.8) is right off the belay, so you can get a bouldering spot to get you past the 5.8 move if you so desire.

Edge of a Dream!Leading my first 5.7 back in 2002. I had all of two cams and a hand full of nuts. Even though I placed gear, in retrospect, this was more like a solo than a lead. Glad I didn't fall!

Chilliwack River ValleyAbout to climb one of the Nesakwatch Spires in BC. Mt. Slesse in the background. This is the formation that the commercial airliner crashed into in the 1950's. It also hosts one of the 50 classics.

Helicopter Rescue off the GrandThe second helicpoter sent out that morning to rescue climbers struck by rock on the middle teton. There was another rescue that morning of dehydrated climbers that spent the night on the Grand. Look how tiny the helicopter is in the middle of the picture.
