SWEET climbing on

Average Rating = 2.71/5 SWEET climbing on "Caveman" 7a+

Oh my god, what an amazing route!! Thailand is where it's at, so many amazing climbs with spectacular views like this. This is me on this stellar line overlooking all of Railay west and Ton Sai Bay. Pulling over this bulge is the crux of the route, and it's just such a cool sequence.

First Ascent of

Average Rating = 4.13/5 First Ascent of "Sacred Spring"

This is a very fun overhanging fingercrack in a beautiful setting right next to the waterfall and above the water. My brother took this shot of me while holding the camera about one inch above the water. The name is from the fact that the spring next to the climb was sacred to the ancient indigenous people of the area.

First Ascent of

Average Rating = 2.50/5 First Ascent of "Sacred Spring"

This is another shot taken by my brother of this excellent problem. It's a very fun problem with really good, but sometimes painful fingerlocks until a pretty weird mantle topout. Sticking that left hand fingerlock that I have in this picture is the crux of the problem.

Yet another fun one near the pools.

Average Rating = 0.00/5 Yet another fun one near the pools.

This is another good problem in the pool area. The rock on this problem is so water polished, that it's almost like climbing on marble. This finger crack is very nice to the skin, but really easy to slip out of. This was taken by my brother Nathan.

First ascent of The Fox

Average Rating = 2.00/5 First ascent of The Fox

Carlos on the first ascent of "La Zorra" (The Fox). Totally classic 5.7 which was one of the first climbs to go down in this canyon. Solid climbing and solid placements the whole way. When Carlos got to the top where he put the anchors, there was a little fox waiting there to greet him. Photo by Kyle (icekubes7)

Average Rating = 3.00/5 "Placer Prohibido" Almost denied climbing by owner

Adam on first ascent of "Placer Prohibido" (Forbidden Pleasure), a beautiful 5.9 over the spring. This was the first climb we did that day after almost being completely denied climbing here by the director of the park. Carlos showed him their rack and talked to him, and the director certainly was impressed and realized we do know what we're doing. Photo by Kyle (icekubes7)

This is Adam on the first ascent of this stellar 5.9. The very beginning part that he's on here is the crux of the climb, a little bit overhanging, but soldid jams. After this, the angle mellows out, the jams are still solid, and all you can see under you while your cruisin' is the nice green water.
