This is Jose Luis Nunez in a lava cave in the Spanish area of Martinez, Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain). This cave is an excellent place to train and play with the good pockets on the rock. Moreover, from the climbing area you can see the swimming pools of the surroundings hotels. Martianez has a good amount of routes in overhanging lava caves... The color of my back is real... red, due to the sun!!!

Simply amazing. 30 meters of sustained climbing in the best 5.11c of all Mallorca. You will test your forearms and your imagination. Save some strength for the last movement of the route.... it is the hardest!!! This is me facing the route... I didn`t think what was waiting at me at the top!!!

This is Sonia Diaz facing the crux of Viejo Amigo, a good and entertaining 7a in the superb cave of Poema de Roca. Hard 7a, difficult to on sight, and surrounded by several of the best routes in El Chorro. We spent a very rainy Holy Week there, but because of the huge overhanging, it was not a problem.
