My little friendThis is why you don't wear shorts when hiking through the desert. Also maybe why you should follow trail markers and not burrow paths. On the hike in to Geronimo, Red Rocks 07.

Problem is, she got on a harder route than she thought she could lead, but she didn't fall.... you go girl!

Tropical Rainforest it's not...That's Ken's Crack behind me in this shot taken a brisk, rainy weekend in October. That's me just getting done taking advantage of the inviting waterfall while nary a tourist can be found braving the rain, allowing me to get clean after a week of climbing in a very refreshing way...

Myself in the foreground, Kate (bigevilgrape) and Jake (jakedatc) looking on as we see just how big our mouths are while playing Chubby bunny, a game in which you shove as many marshmallows in your mouth as possible while still saying the words 'Chubby Bunny'.

From far away you can't see the fear...A pic of me on the short 2nd pitch of Conn's East on a cold, windy day in WV. I was having exposure issues this day, and was second out of 3 in a party.

P1 of the Great ArchView looking down from the first belay of the Great Arch (5.4?). This was the only almost-completely dry pitch of the route, this was also the only pitch of the route in which we weren't plagued by thousands of ladybugs. Seen below is the tree ledge from which many of the routes start on Stone Mtn.

First Lead!OK, I know you all read the trip report (riiiight). Now here is the proof. This is me topping out at my first sport lead. The route is EZ Wider, and I only led the first pitch. Notice how I'm throwing myself bodily on top of the climb. I'm thinking something along the lines of, "I love this tree!"
