Sunset and storm brewing on Lethoulds ColSaw this massive cloud formation rolling in from the West, and figured we were going to get some serious weather - or at the very least some intense wind. Well, we got the wind, but not precipitation. Cold evening, but beautiful.

Chris and Ben on Summit @ 8:23Great climb up the mountain! Felt a little silly climbing with a bumblebee, but no one seemed to notice. Met a few great folks from Washington on top as well, and all basked in the brilliance of nature. The view from the top is breathtaking - definately one of my favorite summits!

Freezin' Tail on San JDecided that a late-January hike/climb up the north face of San Gorgonio and then San Jacinto would be a lot of fun. Gotta be honest though; Were it not for the fine "Australian" hot coco prepared by my mate Julian, I'm not sure I would have stayed quite as warm . . . We were able to make a lovely snow kitchen, though, as six feet of snow lends itself exceedingly well to excavation.

Gorgeous day on TAJToo hot in Josh. Too far to Red Rocks (and still too hot). Ah, to Castle! My first time here actually, and enjoying TAJ - a fun little 5.7 climb. Met some great folks out there that day as well. Ain't it cool how often you meet such good people in nature's splendor?

The MikeyDuf on Earth First RockMikeyD's first trad climb ever! Lovely Josh weather for May - hot and then hotter, with plenty of flies to boot. Great day for a climb, though, nary another soul in sight, which is really too bad when you consider all the work Mike put into the mohawk and sparkle glasses. Ah, well, you gotta get pumped to go up them 5.3's. . . ExtREme!! RAD!! DRINK MOUNTAIN DEW!!!!

A hippie and a boulder in HVThis picture showcases my best climbing move - long hair swinging to and fro'. Not sure if this is an established problem or not, but it's near Pinhead on the north side of The Wall in Hidden Valley. If anyone recognizes it, I'd like to know.
