Jim Marozzo and I on Whitney Summit

Average Rating = 0.00/5 Jim Marozzo and I on Whitney Summit

14:45 hours from trailhead back to Whitney Portal. Weather was hot and thundershowers threatening last 4 hours of descent. Amazing climb -- recommend base camp sleep over to really enjoy the trip. We summited Humphrey's Peak two days prior to climbing Whitney, then drove 1500 miles home. Wow . . . what a marathon trip.
