Description:

This follows a flake system on south face. Easy climbing at beginnning. Some awkward moves through undercling and layback moves to a wider crack with not much for feet. It gets easier as knobs appear on face. Climb to top of flake system and set belay. Second pitch moves left to crack with features. You can get pro in cracka dn tie off a knob or two. First move past crack is most difficult. Rap anchors at top to descend. Use the ones further back. The anchors at the top of the climb will not reach.

4 out of 5 stars rope solo

No rings on bolts on top. The bolts closest to the top of this route have a ring on one bolt. The other set on the NW side do not have rings. They are larger FIxe hangers, so I threaded the rope directly through them. But because the bolts are on top of the pedestal, in a horizontal orientation, the rope was pretty difficult to pull.

4 out of 5 stars great route

Little snow thanks to the drought made for a perfect day to on sight this beauty. Great vista from the top. Might be a little steep for 5.7 but it is a great route (Done in 1 pitch)
