Description:

Great, world-class route. If the first pitch were anywhere better known, there would be a queue in front of it. The original quarter-inch bolts on the "necky" 5.9 face/slab pitches up high were upgraded to modern hardware in September 2006.

I did the 11 crack start and the entire first pitch is pretty damn good. The upper pitches are alright but don't compare to the quality of the first pitch.

Nice route. We did the 5.8 variation above the roof, and linked several pitches.
Warning, the slabs high are very run out- 5 or 6 points over 140 ft. Be confident at 5.9 no fall.
