Description:
Climb up an easy dihedral about 15 feet left of the lowpoint of the Dome. Pull over a bulge and head left along the ramp to a belay.Pitch 2 has two options. You can traverse left two crack system into an easy escape, and this lower the grade to 5.5 The standard finish climbs the overhanging handcrack in a dihedral, which feels much harder than 5.7 for 10 feet until the angle lessens.
Decent climb, but a lot of wandering for a few tricky moves.

Did the 5.7 route. Tough overhanging offwidth. Worthwhile.

Ascent Note
One of my first trad roofs. Had to do the famous chin hold followed by the famous cheek/face hold, but made it to the top. Weather was crappy all morning until I got to the roof. The sun came out in a blaze of glory giving me that little extra umphhh.
