Description:

A short handcrack leads to a ledge with a chopped tree. Above is a fine fingercrack which gets exceedingly difficult as the anchors get closer. A whip finish is a high possibility. The guidebook says 35 metres, but we easily toproped (after my partner lead it) using a 50m rope.

4 out of 5 stars Very fun

Maybe a touch easy for the grade? Certainly easier than Exasperator.

4 out of 5 stars Fun route.

A nice route tucked in behind the cook shed. (strange my guidebook gave it 10d, oh-well)

Red Point Red Point ascent by: tradrenn on 2010-07-17 (View Climbing Log)

5 out of 5 stars Feels hard for the grade.

Some people call it 10d. However whatever. Good gear all the way, starts with #3 and ends on small cams or stoppers.
I messed up the crux so I had to do it all over again, therefore: Red Point.
